$40.00 per person per night Minimum of three

Winter

$90.00 for two guests
additional adults $40.00 per person per night.
children 16 and under $22.00 per night.
Dogs are welcome $5.00 per night

Rent for the whole season, so you can come and go as you please. Garage available. Contact us for rates.

We request a 3 night stay on all holiday weekends Deposit: a one night deposit is required for each person. This deposit is not refundable unless we are notified two weeks prior to your arrival date.

Tax: all rates subject to 8% NH room tax.
